ReplyDeleteNo the stairs aren't just floating there :P , they head down to a window - it is my 'reflection spot'.

Interesting.... So how does that fit in with Casatolo's theory?
ReplyDeleteIt's part of 'a cause of delight' - Influences from Esher. A staircase apparently leading to no where, also because you walk underneath it on the outside. I thought about just having it filled in on the inside, but as all my Esher influences were on the outside i decided to take this as an opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about how to better explain the stairs to no where. I've decided to add an internal vignette to my external one (not posted yet), it is showing the view from the stairs that lead to no where. Hopefully they will make more sense in the plans when they are supplemented with the vignette. Fingers crossed :)
